We are transparent about our limits. Where the law requires a prescription for a medicine, we ask for it, and we do not present ourselves as a licensed pharmacy or a licensed medical provider unless that is separately confirmed in writing.

You can order in two ways. Shop online and pay securely at checkout, or send us a message on WhatsApp with what you need and we will confirm availability, pricing and delivery.
Yes. Online orders are paid securely through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only after payment is verified on our server.
Delivery charges depend on your delivery zone, which is matched using your pincode. The exact charge, minimum order value and any free-delivery threshold are shown at checkout before you pay.
If your pincode is not in an active delivery zone, online checkout will not proceed. You can still send us a WhatsApp enquiry and we will let you know if delivery can be arranged.
Medicines and health essentials are handled as enquiries. Where a prescription is legally required, please share a valid prescription. We do not claim to be a licensed pharmacy unless separately confirmed.
