About the service
Friendly Basket is a local ordering and delivery assistance service. Catalog listings, prices and availability are indicative and are confirmed before an online order is placed.
Orders and pricing
An online order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified on our server. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery is free for all online orders delivered within our 20 km delivery range and is applied automatically at checkout.
Availability and substitutions
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to agree on a suitable substitution or an adjustment to your order.
Medicines and restricted items
Medicine and health items are handled as enquiries. Where a valid prescription is legally required, you must provide it. We do not present ourselves as a licensed pharmacy or licensed medical provider unless separately confirmed in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information and not to misuse the website, place fraudulent orders or submit unlawful requests.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
